PWR Posture™ Return, Refund, and Size Exchange Policy

At PWR Posture™, we want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-Day Test Run on all our products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ve made the return process simple and hassle-free.

60-Day Test Run

We believe in the quality of our products, and we want you to experience them without worry. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price.

  • No questions asked—just give it a try, and if it’s not for you, we’ll handle the rest.
  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees (even if free at checkout) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product sent).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to team@pwrposture.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Ship It Back: We’ll provide return instructions. You’re responsible for shipping fees unless the issue is on us.
  3. Get Your Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

Size Exchanges

Need a different size? We’ve got you covered!

  • If you need to exchange your product for a different size, simply contact us at team@pwrposture.com within 60 days of receiving your order.
  • We’ll arrange for the correct size to be sent out once we receive the original product in its unused condition.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs for size exchanges unless we made a mistake with your original order.

Wrong Item or Defective Product

If we made an error or you received a defective product, we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.

  • Wrong Item: Contact us immediately, and we’ll send the correct product at no charge.
  • Defective Product: Send us a photo of the defect, and we’ll replace it without requiring a return.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, the customer must cancel their order within 6 hours of placing the order. If an order is not canceled within 6 hours, all customers must receive their order and abide by our return policy.

Shipping Protection

We offer 100% Protection from damage, loss or theft during shipping for a small fee.
