At PWR Posture™, we want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-Day Test Run on all our products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ve made the return process simple and hassle-free.
60-Day Test Run
We believe in the quality of our products, and we want you to experience them without worry. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
- No questions asked—just give it a try, and if it’s not for you, we’ll handle the rest.
- The only cost to you is return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong product or size).
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Send an email to team@pwrposture.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Ship It Back: We’ll provide return instructions. You’re responsible for return shipping unless the issue is on us.
- Get Your Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
Size Exchanges
Need a different size? We’ve got you covered!
- If you need to exchange your product for a different size, simply contact us at team@pwrposture.com within 60 days of receiving your order.
- We’ll arrange for the correct size to be sent out once we receive the original product in its unused condition.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs for size exchanges unless we made a mistake with your original order.
Wrong Item or Defective Product
If we made an error or you received a defective product, we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
- Wrong Item: Contact us immediately, and we’ll send the correct product at no charge.
- Defective Product: Send us a photo of the defect, and we’ll replace it without requiring a return.
